BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of naan flatbread
  • ¼ lb pulled chicken tossed with Duce’s Wild Texas BBQ Sauce
  • 1 small onion, caramelized with balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 2 oz blue cheese
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (about 400 degrees)
  2. Oil bottom side of naan.
  3. Starting with the balsamic onions, top with pulled chicken, and both cheeses.
  4. Place on grill and cover. Cook until golden brown and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
