Garlic Teriyaki Sirloin Beef Ka-Bob

Ingredients
FOR THE MARINADE AND GLAZE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 oranges, juiced
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbl honey
- 2 tbl ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 tbl garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
FOR THE SIRLOIN BEEF KA-BOB
- 1.5 lbs trimmed and cubed top sirloin (cut into 16 1.5oz cubes)
- 1 large red bell pepper cut in to cubes
- 1 large green bell pepper cut into cubes
- 1 Large yellow bell pepper cut into cubes
- 1 Large red onion cut into cubes
- 4 10-inch skewers, metal or wood (need to soak the skewers)
- 1 cup Duce’s Wild Best of Both Worlds Sauce
Directions
DIRECTIONS FOR MARINADE AND GLAZE
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot, bring to a boil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
DIRECTIONS FOR SIRLOIN BEEF KA-BOB
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Assemble your kabobs alternating onion, all 3 peppers and steak, and repeat.
- Marinade kabobs for at least 30 minutes in the marinade (up to 3 hours)
- Grill on high heat for about 20 minutes rotating the kabob on all sides.
- Cook to your desired doneness of the steak.
- Finish by brushing the kabobs with Duce’s Wild Best of Both Worlds Sauce.
- Cook the kabob for 2-3 minutes after sauce is applied
