Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup Duce’s Wild Rib Rub
  • 2 tbl freshly cracked black pepper

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 2 tbl butter
  • 1 tbl minced garlic
  • 6 fl oz apple juice
  • 4 fl oz Jack Daniels
  • 2 fl oz Duce's Wild Competition BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Season the pork 1 hour before cooking time.
  2. Prep WSM or Webber Kettle with charcoal and apple wood.
  3. Grill the tenderloins for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let rest for ten minutes before cutting.
  4. Heat small saucepot on high with the butter.
  5. Add garlic, cook for 5 minutes just until the garlic turns brown.
  6. Add apple juice and Jack Daniels. Reduce until sauce reaches a syrupy consistency.
  7. Remove from heat. Add Competition BBQ Sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
