Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup Duce’s Wild Rib Rub
- 2 tbl freshly cracked black pepper
FOR THE SAUCE
- 2 tbl butter
- 1 tbl minced garlic
- 6 fl oz apple juice
- 4 fl oz Jack Daniels
- 2 fl oz Duce's Wild Competition BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Season the pork 1 hour before cooking time.
- Prep WSM or Webber Kettle with charcoal and apple wood.
- Grill the tenderloins for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let rest for ten minutes before cutting.
- Heat small saucepot on high with the butter.
- Add garlic, cook for 5 minutes just until the garlic turns brown.
- Add apple juice and Jack Daniels. Reduce until sauce reaches a syrupy consistency.
- Remove from heat. Add Competition BBQ Sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
