Inspired by his family's success and passion for barbecue, Duce has developed his sauce recipes from his education in culinary school, his career as the executive chef for Sweet Baby Ray's Catering, and over a decade of barbecue competition. His products represent his passion for barbecue and his dedication to quality and excellence.

Larry "Duce" Raymond
Managing Partner and Culinary Director at SBR Events Group, home of Sweet Baby Ray's Catering, Duce grew up
in and around restaurant and catering businesses. He earned a 4-year degree from Kendall College and has participated in opening of numerous restaurants during which time he honed a wide range of culinary skills.
